No. We are so confident in our commercial cleaning service that we don’t need to tie you into a long notice period or a fixed term contract. We only ask for 1 month’s notice.

We usually ask our customers to supply all chemicals and equipment to clean their premises, especially those of Residential and Commercial. Under their request, we will provide all previously approved chemicals. Charges will be applied.
We store all cleaning equipment onsite. We will need somewhere to fill up and empty buckets. We also need to store mops and buckets, cloths a hoover and various other items such as bin bags and paper consumables. Chemicals should be kept in a locked storage area. If you do not have space in your cleaning cupboard, we suggest a lockable filing cupboard or similar. We can advise you on storage space whilst doing a site survey. We can even help you fit shelves or storage clips in your cupboard to ensure it can be kept safe and tidy.
Yes, although the majority of our specialist cleans are done during working hours because it is more cost effective for our clients, we can provide services at a time that suits, whether that be early morning, evening or weekend.
You do not need to be there during the cleaning service. All we need is an entry method and we can take care of everything while you’re away. Of course, if you wish to be there, that’s okay too!.
Our Cleaners’ job is to get in there and remove the dust, dirt, and allergens from your house in order to leave it with a fresh smell and sparkle look! Here’s how you can help:
- Our maids will make any unmade beds OR change linens of all beds. In order for us to do that, please leave clean linens out and we’ll know you would like them changed. Otherwise, we will make any unmade beds.
- Picking up any clutter (and toys and clothes on the floor of children’s rooms) will help you get the most of your house cleaning service. If you forget to pick up clutter, we’ll do our best to work around it but cannot organize it for you. This would take too much time away from the actual cleaning of your house.
- If you’re paying for your house cleaning service by cash or check, prepare the payment so that you don’t forget the day of service.
Our daily cleaners do not work at height but can be supplied with extendable equipment to reach higher areas if this is required on your site. Should a cleaning task require the cleaner to have their feet off the floor, we would have to provide appropriate training and safety platforms at the client’s cost.

There are no fees to cancel or re-schedule your cleaning service. However, we ask you to provide us with at least a three-business-day notice to reschedule or cancel any cleaning: Advanced notice enables us to schedule other customers into your temporarily vacated spot and ensures our employees have a full schedule.
Yes! We set an automatic email 3 days prior to your cleaning service as a reminder.
